Top 3 YouTube accounts for procrastinators..

So while sitting here trying to work on my blog I wasted two hours looking through YouTube at different accounts. Various accounts ranging from parody’s all the way to princess rap battles! So I decided to turn my procrastinating into a blog post and bring you the top three accounts that I end up falling into and spending ages watching their new videos and either laughing my head off or singing along! Anxiety, “go for a walk!” ignorance and planning!

So I deal with mental health and anxiety on a daily basis and it is never easy. I hear the phrase “go for a walk” a lot. I am here to tell you today that it really isn’t as simple as just stepping outside and walking! When dealing with anxiety there are so many factors that need to be taken into account, one said factor is the thought of even going outside! For many people who suffer with anxiety the very notion of going outside might make them physically sick and terrified, I on more than one occasion have felt this way. So I like to discuss anxiety as you may have guessed with some of my previous posts such as, how to cope with daily anxiety. So everyone at some point becomes anxious, stressed and afraid. So life can be crazy, we all deal with it in different ways and sometimes it gets too much! I understand and I have ways of trying to cop with such issues. I have anxiety, with actually having being diagnosed with it I started to find ways to help me cope. I am always building upon the ideas I already have and am always looking for new ways to cope.
