Pick the best grooming product for your man this Christmas!

Every year we have no idea what to buy the fellas in our life! Christmas, it’s the same routine and it sucks. You ask what they want for Christmas and they have no idea! Which mean you end up with a pack of socks, chocolate and a lynx set! Not this year, this year I’m taking it upon myself to find something a bit more fun, creative and something that’s going to be remembered; for all the right reasons! I wanted to start with smellies that we all get for Christmas. I am so fed up with lynx sets, I don’t like lynx and haven’t since I was 14. I still end up getting one though! So I had a look around, got to chatting with people about what they like and found out some interesting bits. People want something fun, something they haven’t heard about or seen before. I…

Clarol, eradicate acne for the Christmas parties!

Does anyone else hate getting spots? I mean I know I do and whenever I get them it’s too late and I have to wait forever for them to vanish! I really need to work on preventing them. I see all the adverts on TV and think oh maybe I should be doing that! I then start looking into the products and I just think meh, they could be a little bit better. I don’t mean mixed reviews because I feel everything these days have mixed reviews. I like my products if possible to be a little more green, leading the way. Something that isn’t tested on animals and although I might not be one but I do love vegan products. Which is why I love Clarol so much. Vegan and free from testing on animals. So after chatting with the lovely people at Clarol I got my hands on…

Create the perfect baby hamper, £10 or less!

Baby hampers, I keep seeing them everything with an outrageous price tag attached. I saw one the other day for £24.99 with hardly anything in it, talk about feeling it in your wallet. My other half has a friend and they are soon to be having their first child, yay. I thought, wouldn’t it be great to create a nice little baby hamper and at an affordable price. So I made one. I set out to make a hamper without breaking the bank and decided to make one for under £10, yes TEN POUND! You wouldn’t think that £10 would get you very far but you would be wrong. First of all you’re going to need to get a hamper which you can find at the moment in the pound shop and for only £1 imagine that! Then the contents, which can literally be anything you want although in this…

The Stud Box, Absolute collagen the skincare treatment guys need.

As I get older I realise that my good looks, well they aren’t as good as they used to be. The amount of products I have in the bathroom has almost doubled since I was 14 and didn’t need to do a thing to look good. That being said I’m rubbish at finding new products that work well and do great things for my skin. I have the hair products down though. After a wonderful time at a blogging convention I got chatting with Absolute Collagen. They sent me a stud box to try out and I couldn’t wait, first of all who doesn’t love the word stud; total confidence boost for us guys. So a little background about the product before I let you know how I got on with it. Its made in the UK, high in protein and dairy, lactose and gluten free. Brilliant as I shouldn’t…

Contactless payment, is it helping anyone? Pros and Cons!

Most people these days would have heard of contactless payments, it’s basically the way of life now and most if not all cards come with the function to use it. Banks advertise it, shops love it because it means customers are moving through the tills faster, no matter how many sodding items may be in the bagging area! I got to wondering though, it contactless payment really all its cracked up to be or is it destroying our banks accounts and killing our budgets?! So while sat there watching some terrible adverts selling us even more crap we don’t need I thought I would share my thoughts on contactless and go through the pros and cons of the one simple action which costs you hundreds a month! My Thoughts? So I was thinking about this today at university. The only time I think about how much I am spending on…
