Mental health week 2018 is here and I’m going to be switching things up a bit. I’ve decided to release a post and video per day! It means a lot of work but thankfully I’ve been planning it for a while. This year mental health week is mainly dedicated to stress, the full explanation can be found on the mind charity website so take a look if you’re interested.
However although I’m going to be talking about stress, I’m not going to be talking about it for one whole week. I know that mental health is made up of so much more than just stress. I’m going to be talking about meditation, mindfulness, long term stress and anxiety; along with so much more over the course of the week!
