Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Milk Chocolate
  • 397 g Condensed Milk One Tin
  • 40 ml SipSmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
  • 1 Lemon ½ the lemon Juice and the Zest

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Silicone Mould for the Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Break the milk chocolate up and place in silicone mould for the air fryer, along with the condensed milk and half of the lemon juice.
  2. Put the air fryer on 150℃/300℉ for 10 minutes. Every 90 seconds, check the mixture and give it a stir.
  3. Once everything is melted and mixed well, add the SipSmith Lemon Drizzle Gin and give it a really good stir until everything is mixed together, put it back into the air fryer for 90 seconds. Then remove the silicone mould from the air fryer.
  4. Sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the fudge and leave in the fridge for 2 hours minimum. If you can leave it overnight, even better.
  5. Once the fudge has gone hard, remove the fudge from the mould. Cut into 30 cubes using a sharp knife. Then enjoy!
