Line a 9x9" square tin with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large pan, combine the butter and mini marshmallows. Heat them over low to medium heat, stirring until they become smooth and completely melted.
Once everything is melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the Biscoff spread. Stir briefly until it's smooth and well combined.
Add the Rice Krispies to the pan and mix them in until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined tin. A helpful tip is to lightly butter your hands to prevent sticking and make it easier to press down.
In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate until it's smooth. You can do this in short bursts in the microwave, stirring well each time.
In another separate bowl, melt the Biscoff spread. This usually takes about 20 seconds in the microwave.
Pour both the melted white chocolate in with the Biscoff spread. Then pour over the Rice Krispie base.
Add the broken Biscoff biscuits over the top of the chocolate.
Place the tin in the fridge for two hours or more to allow the mixture to set.
After it's set, slice and enjoy your delicious treat!
