Ingredients

  • 395 g Condensed Milk One Tin
  • 500 g White Chocolate
  • 125 g Biscoff Spread
  • 125 g Biscoff Biscuits Crushed

Equipment

  • Silicone Tray / Mould
  • Silicone Spatula

Method

  1. Use a 9″x9″ silicone square (brownie) tray.
  2. Place the chopped chocolate and all of the condensed milk into a sturdy, heavy-based pan.
  3. Gently melt over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent the chocolate from sticking and ensuring the ingredients blend smoothly.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and gently stir in the Biscoff spread just until combined. Avoid over-mixing the mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped biscuits, then pour the mixture into the tray, smoothing it out. Refrigerate or freeze for 3-4 hours to set or leave overnight for a firmer consistency.
  6. After it's set, take it out of the tray and slice it into squares... Enjoy the deliciousness!
