Method
- Add the white chocolate, salt and caramel into the slow cooker on low, mix every 15 minutes for one hour and half.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone baking tray when smooth. Leave to set for a minimum of two hours.
- Melt the milk and dark chocolate together until smooth, and spread on top of the fudge. Leave in the fridge to set for a further two hours.
- Cut the fudge into chunks and enjoy.
