Slow Cooker Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g White chocolate
  • 397 g Caramel Condensed Milk one tin
  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • 20cm Silicone Square Cake Tin

Method
 

  1. Add the white chocolate, salt and caramel into the slow cooker on low, mix every 15 minutes for one hour and half.
  2. Pour the mixture into a silicone baking tray when smooth. Leave to set for a minimum of two hours.
  3. Melt the milk and dark chocolate together until smooth, and spread on top of the fudge. Leave in the fridge to set for a further two hours.
  4. Cut the fudge into chunks and enjoy.
