Method
- Cut the pizza dough into 4 rectangles (Save 2 rectangles for another time)
- The 2 remaining pieces of dough, put them on baking parchment. Spread over the tomato puree leaving a little space around the edges.
- Cut the pepper into small slices and add to the pizza, add the pepperoni and sprinkle on the cheese.
- Put each pizza into one draw of the air fryer. Cook at 190℃/370℃ for 7 minutes.
- After 7 minutes, check that the base is fully cooked, if not, put it back into the air fryer at 160℃/320℉ for 1 minute. Repeat if needed.
- Remove the pizza from the air fryer and enjoy.
