Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Pizza Dough
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 40 g Grated Mozzarella
  • ½ Pepper
  • 6 Slices Pepperoni

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Pizza Cutter

Method
 

  1. Cut the pizza dough into 4 rectangles (Save 2 rectangles for another time)
  2. The 2 remaining pieces of dough, put them on baking parchment. Spread over the tomato puree leaving a little space around the edges.
  3. Cut the pepper into small slices and add to the pizza, add the pepperoni and sprinkle on the cheese.
  4. Put each pizza into one draw of the air fryer. Cook at 190℃/370℃ for 7 minutes.
  5. After 7 minutes, check that the base is fully cooked, if not, put it back into the air fryer at 160℃/320℉ for 1 minute. Repeat if needed.
  6. Remove the pizza from the air fryer and enjoy.
