Method
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (stir every 10 seconds so it doesn't burn). While this is melting in a separate bowl break the digestive biscuits, and add the marshmallows and eggs.
- When the chocolate has melted, mix it together with the dry ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a silicone baking tray and leave in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting and enjoying.
