In the slow cooker, add the milk chocolate and half of the condensed milk and cook on low for 45 minutes.

Once melted, add 125g of icing sugar in small amounts and mix together until it is fully combined with the fudge. Once combined, pour into a square silicone mould and put in the fridge.

In the slow cooker, add the white chocolate, green food colouring, peppermint extract and rest of the condensed milk and cook on low for 45 minutes.
With the food colouring, you need to add a little at a time until you get the colour you want.

Once melted, add 125g of icing sugar in small amounts and mix together until it is fully combined with the fudge. Once combined, pour into a square silicone mould, on top of the milk chocolate fudge and put in the fridge. to firm up.
Once cooled, cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes.
