Method
- Beat the whipping cream until it's fluffy and forms soft peaks.
- Slowly mix in the sweetened condensed milk until everything is blended.
- Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Spoon the whipped cream mixture into the tin, adding chopped Creme Eggs in layers, and gently swirl with a knife.
- Freeze the tin for at least 5 - 8 hours until the ice cream sets.
- Scoop out and serve once it's firm enough to scoop with an ice cream scoop. Enjoy your homemade Cadbury Creme Egg ice cream!
