If you’ve come to make this recipe then I’m obviously not the only one who loves creme eggs. One thing I will say, this recipe is very rich. You won’t need loads of it to enjoy it and you might want some chocolate sauce to drizzle over the top. If you’re giving it to children, portion control is key!

Creme Egg Ice Cream Recipe

So this is one ice cream recipe where you won’t need an ice cream maker so I’m sorry if you have it out and ready to use. This creme egg ice cream recipe is perfect for the summer months where the heat is blazing, the only issue is they sell creme eggs at the wrong time of year I swear.

Here are some tips to make your very own easter ice cream. I found that I put my ice cream in a plastic tub and in the freezer, don’t do that. You want to get yourself a silicone tub which can go in the freezer otherwise you’ll end up breaking the plastic tub just like I did.

The ice cream can get very solid unlike soft serve ice cream. Take it out and leave on the side for 5 minutes because trying to serve it up. You won’t need much of it as it’s very heavy but the small amount you will eat, you’ll love.
