Method
- Drain the mixed beans and chickpeas, add them to the soup maker.
- Add the tomatoes, cumin, stock cube and water to the soup maker.
- Dice the celery and onion really small and add to the soup mater
- Cook on chunky setting for 28 minutes or until the vegetables and beans are all cooked through.
- Serve in a bowl with crusty bread.
