Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Mixed Beans (Tinned)
  • 400 g Chickpeas (Tinned)
  • 400 g Chopping Tomato (Tinned)
  • 2 Medium Onion
  • 2 Sticks  Celery
  • ½ Lemon - Juice and Zest
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 700 ml Water

Method
 

  1. Drain the mixed beans and chickpeas, add them to the soup maker.
  2. Add the tomatoes, cumin, stock cube and water to the soup maker.
  3. Dice the celery and onion really small and add to the soup mater
  4. Cook on chunky setting for 28 minutes or until the vegetables and beans are all cooked through.
  5. Serve in a bowl with crusty bread.
