Vegan Chickpea Soup Recipe
As I said before this recipe is great for everyone. I know a lot of people get a bit flustered when it comes to making vegan meals but there’s really no need to. Vegan meals can be really easy to make and vegan soup recipes are one of the easiest recipes to make so if you’re looking to entertain someone who happens to be vegan, make a soup!

I would suggest checking all of the ingredients before making your soup to ensure they’re still vegetarian or vegan depending on how you want to cook your soup. I’ve had some companies change the ingredients in their products and have been caught out a couple of times and nobody wants that, it’s a bit like when my mum accidentally fed my vegetarian sister real chicken nuggets!
