Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Plain Flour Sifted
  • 125 g Softened Butter
  • 125 g Caster Sugar
  • 50 g Soya Milk
  • ½ tap Baking Powder
  • 50 g Honeycomb roughly crushed

  • Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Place the softened butter and sugar into the bowl of a mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and beat on a low speed until just combined.
  4. Tip in the crushed honeycomb and beat for about 10 seconds.
  5. Place balls of dough onto a non stick silicone baking tray and flatten.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
  7. Leave to cool and then enjoy!
