Slow Cooker Mint Aero Fudge Recipe
- Slow Cooker
- Silicone Spatula
- Silicone Mould
- 397 g Condensed Milk/one tin
- 250 g Dark Chocolate
- 250 g Milk Chocolate
- 300-400 g Mint Aero bubbles
- Break the milk and dark chocolate up and place in slow cooker, on low heat. Add the condensed milk and mix together well.
- Mix the mixture everything 15 minutes for one hour until combined. While this is melting take your aero bubbles and bash them with a rolling pin, make sure they’re large chunks and not dust or it will melt into the mixture.
- Once the mixture is combined add it into a silicone baking tin and mix in the aero bubbles, leave in the fridge to set and then enjoy.
