With slow cooker fudge, you won’t have to worry about ingredients getting lost. Slow Cooker Mint Aero Fudge Recipe

Mint Aero Fudge (Quick and Easy) made in a crockpot

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Silicone Spatula
  • Silicone Mould

Ingredients
  

  • 397 g Condensed Milk/one tin
  • 250 g Dark Chocolate
  • 250 g Milk Chocolate
  • 300-400 g Mint Aero bubbles

Instructions
 

  • Break the milk and dark chocolate up and place in slow cooker, on low heat. Add the condensed milk and mix together well.
  • Mix the mixture everything 15 minutes for one hour until combined. While this is melting take your aero bubbles and bash them with a rolling pin, make sure they’re large chunks and not dust or it will melt into the mixture.
  • Once the mixture is combined add it into a silicone baking tin and mix in the aero bubbles, leave in the fridge to set and then enjoy.
