Finding eco-friendly dog products can be a huge hassle, especially when it comes to products such as poo bags. When I was growing up I remember having to use huge dog poo bags that were thick plastic and after 20 years are still sat in the landfill, it’s not good enough.

That’s why, 20 years later, I’m now looking after my amazing dog and ensuring that I find better, eco-friendly alternatives to dog products that are used on a daily basis and I’m making sure they don’t invade landfill and destroy the planet.

One of the brands that I love, Doodlebone. I’ve been using their products since I got my dog last year and I don’t see myself changing anytime soon. I have a range of their products, I love them and so does my dog.

Who Are Doodlebone?

Doodlebone offer a wide range of products for your dog and honestly the quality is top notch and so much better than other companies I’ve used in the past. They are my go to when it comes to treats and accessories. I’ve not gone anywhere else for poo bags either as they sell them in bulk and I’ve had no issues with them personally.

Doodlebone offer a wide range of products that are suitable for all sized dogs. I have a small dog and I have to make sure that the products he gets are suitable for him. Some companies will state that their products are good for all sized dogs but most of the time they can be a choking hazard or not suitable.

Doodlebone Eco Poop Bags

Why do I love the Doodlebone Eco Poop Bags? Well, they’re eco-friendly and totally plastic free. I know a lot of people aren’t a fan of plastic free dog poo bags as they think they quality is naff but that’s not the case. I’ve used plastic poo bags in the past and my hand has gone straight through them, I’ve yet to have that issue with Doodlebone.

I love how they are compostable and if you make your own compost at home you’ll also love that. However, the only downside with these poop bags would be that they don’t have handles, but if you’re using the Doodlebone pick n clip, that’s not the biggest issue.

Doodlebone Faux Fur Blankets

If you’ve seen the Doodlebone blankets then you’ll know how gorgeous they are. I prefer the Doodlebone Faux Fur blankets and anybody who is buying their dog’s real fur blankets needs to take a long hard look in the mirror.

The Doodlebone Faux Fur Blankets are incredible soft, reversible and my dog loves both sides when he’s cuddled up, although of course depending on how hot or cold it is depends on which side he’ll snuggle up to. The Doodlebone blanket comes in two colours, I got their teal colour. They also offer affordable Doodlebone Fleece Blankets but we’re yet to try them.

I personally love Doodlebone. They have affordable products for your dogs, offering eco-friendly choices and offer free delivery, let’s face it, nobody likes to pay for delivery and most of the time you’ll only end up buying more with free delivery so it just makes sense.
